В книге большой выбор салатов, включая необычные сочетания, до которых я никогда бы не додумалась. Мне очень понравилось, что в начале книги есть пара страниц с рекомендациями по выбору овощей для каждого сезона. Думаю, что приобрету еще один экземпляр для мамы.
